SFM audits all potential suppliers prior to inclusion into our Active Accredited Supplier Panel. The review includes assessment of their quality control systems and work processes, pricing competitiveness and strategic fit within each of our client’s requirements, delivery standards and acceptance of SFM’s formal service level agreement (SLA).
All SFM suppliers are required to sign a SLA, which has been designed to deliver to our client’s excellence in service. Response times, quality of printed items, accuracy to order, on time delivery and adherence to packing specifications are all measured and reviewed.
